Cluster led the development of the B2B platform for Incalpaca, one of Peru's most important textile companies and a global benchmark in the alpaca fiber industry. The project aimed to modernize and digitize the brand's wholesale channel, creating an efficient purchasing experience for distributors, corporate clients, and international business partners.

The solution was developed on Shopify Plus, implementing a scalable B2B architecture that allowed for the centralization of catalogs, automation of commercial processes, and optimization of order management for different markets and customer types.

The project included the development of specific functionalities for wholesale operations, such as segmented customer access, differentiated price lists, corporate order management, and synchronization with internal inventory and logistics systems.
